This is a new series of courses to help technicians find and fix problems when they occur. 

This course will teach tools and the Six Step Troubleshooting method to provide the skills needed to find and fix faults in the network.

This course teaches how to identify and troubleshoot a variety of common fiber optic link problems.

At the completion of this course, you will be able to identify typical problems, analyze statistical information and troubleshoot the wireless network.

Recommended Prerequisites:


At the completion of this course you will be able to use tools built into the EtherWAN switch GUI to troubleshoot, identify potential issue in copper wiring, and understand tools used to identify the location of the problem.


At the completion of this course, you will be able to understand why copper line testing is important, and perform basic tests such as TDR, Continuity, Voltage, and VDSLv2 Profile.
